Raw honey is honey which comes straight out of the comb and is left untouched. It is the most natural form of honey, as it crystallizes to gain its thick texture people know and love. Completely untouched by heat, it has all its enzymes and medicinal properties intact - making it "the best" type of honey you can have.

Use it as you would use any other type of honey! Unlike its liquid counterpart, this honey is spreadable and holds its shape. Filtered with a coarse mesh, little bits of beeswax add a wonderful texture to this smooth, elegant honey.
